The more Thomas experiences Alphonsine’s terrifying world, the more he uncovers about the power of the wouivre.

Thomas Ross is one of them.
In modern day Cornwall, Thomas learns that the time of his birth lets him time travel in his mind. His new ability sends him to the past where he experiences someone else’s life as if it were his own.
In book 1 – Fiorenza – that someone is Guidaloste degli Orzotti, who learns his true noble heritage on his 18th birthday, and sets out on a dangerous journey to find his ancestors and uncover his past. However, instead of honour, he unearths a legacy tainted by betrayal, deadly rivals who wish him dead, and shattering secrets that bring embarrassment to the Orzotti lineage.
