The Power of the Wouivre

WHAT IS A WOUIVRE, and how do you say it? Find out here

BLURB:

Medieval Tuscany is a world full of divides - class, politics, gender, religion - nothing exists without stereotype, and everyone is pigeon-holed into society. Guidaloste is a young Italian nobleman from Siena who has never felt he belonged. He doesn't want to fight for a cause, doesn't care for politics, and falls in love with a girl he will never be allowed. Thomas Ross is an English teen from Cornwall at the turn of the millennium, who lives to surf. When he discovers a strange, new, involuntary power to mind jump into Guidaloste's medieval life, can he learn how to harness that power and help Guidaloste break the mould, to live the life he's destined for?

The Power of the Wouivre is a tale of two worlds intertwined through centuries; a tale of adventure, of new beginnings, of love and betrayal, of hidden enemies and unlikely friends. But above all it is a tale of finding oneself, giving the reader a glimpse into a long forgotten time.
